Inventors for the iron and steel industry
Nellikuru Innovations is the first startup of its kind in research and development for iron and steel making in India, under the Make in India program.
Our aim is to encourage true inventors in this field to commercialize their innovation for the benefit of industry and mankind. We focus on practical metallurgy: ideas that work on the shop floor, not just in the lab.
Today we supply two innovative solutions to the iron and steel industries: hot metal desiliconization in the blast furnace or COREX cast house, in the runner or the ladle, and a hot metal insulation compound that improves yield.
